However, the hiring process, including negotiations, contract agreements, and employment terms, will be conducted directly between the employer and the selected foreign worker. www.passboard.com serves as a connection facilitator and does not interfere in the contractual relationship between employers and workers.
d. Agent Obligations: Agents representing agencies outside Canada are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the profiles they create on our platform. They must obtain the necessary consent from the foreign workers they represent and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
