International Experience Canada (IEC)

This is a program that gives youth the opportunity to work and travel in Canada for up to 2 years through 3 different experience options.

Program	Details
Working Holiday	This is the best option if you don’t have a job offer and want to work for different employers in different locations across Canada, allowing you to travel and make some money at the same time.
Young Professionals	This is the best option if you are looking to gain experience in a job that contributes to your professional development. You need paid job offer in one of the NOC Types (0, A or B) Can only work for one employer during the whole stay in Canada
International Co- Op (Internship)	This is the best option if you are a student at a post- secondary institution. You need a job offer for an internship in a field that is directly linked to your field of studies Your studies must require an internship to be completed. Can only work for one employer during the whole stay in Canada

Requirements

• You must be a citizen of a partner country

• If you are not a citizen from a partner country you may still be able to apply to IEC through a recognized organization.
